Chandra City Publishing, LLC is an independent publishing company created and owned by Tiyana M. White, who is also known under the pen name of fantasy writer T. M. White. Named from a fictional location in her Elemental Spies series, CCP's mission is to successfully produce, publish, and market quality works of speculative fiction—especially high fantasy books.
